Store self-pickup service

Kowloon Bay store self-pickup service (applicable to orders that have been chosen to be picked up at the store)

1. There is no consumption limit for the self-pickup service in the store. You can enjoy the self-pickup service for free at any time.
2. Regardless of whether you are ordering or in-stock products, you can choose the store pick-up service.
3. After you submit your order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will send you a pick-up notification via Whatsapp on your mobile phone to the phone number you provided when confirming the order. We will not be responsible for any problems caused by your incorrect input of relevant information.
4. Please follow the pickup date notified in the mobile phone message and collect the purchased goods within 7 days.
5. When you pick up the goods at the store, you can pick up the goods you ordered in person or on an authorized representative. When picking up the goods, please show us the order content and pickup information.
6. Once the order is confirmed and paid, you cannot change other colors, styles or products.
7. If you fail to pick up the goods on the specified date and time in the mobile message, we have the right to charge you additional fees.
