1. General Terms

1.1 In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the Fever Electrics Electronics Store Special Terms (as defined below) (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"), the business of "Fever Electrics", and "Customer" or "You" Refers to any individual, organization or company that orders goods or services from us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website (hereinafter referred to as the "e-Store"). By using the e-Store or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information and sizes of goods listed on the e-store are updated. If there is any discrepancy in the information, the official product website/manufacturer/agent information shall prevail. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. All orders may be accepted at our sole discretion based on stock availability.

1.3 We will make every effort to ensure that the goods listed on the e-store are in stock. If any product cannot be provided to customers due to shortage, we reserve the right to provide products of the same type and price as substitutes.

1.4 All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant goods before final confirmation. If we fail to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to refuse to accept the order.

2. User registration

2.1 You must register online to become our user before you can order goods or services in the electronic store. When registering, you commit to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself upon request;
  • You must ensure that your user name and password are kept properly;
  • Only you or someone authorized by you can log in to the e-store using your user name and password;
  • We have the absolute discretion to reject any new user application and terminate any registered user without providing any reason.

2.2 If there are any changes to your registered information, you can log in to your account to update it to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.

2.3 You must ensure that the information you fill in is correct. Fever Electrics is not responsible for any delays or problems in ordering and delivery due to incorrect information, and reserves the right to charge handling fees arising from related problems.

2.4 If your account has not been used for a certain period of time (currently 3 years), in order to protect you and us, we will treat it as if you no longer use the account and make it invalid. All points and/or e-coupons in your account will also be cancelled, if applicable. If you wish to shop in the electronic store again, you must apply for a new account.

3. Protection of privacy

3.1 In order to protect your personal data privacy rights, we ensure that our policies and practices in collecting, using, retaining, transferring and accessing personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. 4. Payment method

4.1 The electronic store accepts payment with credit cards, debit cards or other designated electronic payment methods designated by us. The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars.

4.2 All goods ordered online are subject to our sole discretion and are accepted subject to stock availability. You will receive a final shopping receipt for your records when you receive the goods (on delivery or in-store pick-up).

4.3 In order to provide safe and reliable online shopping services, e-store transactions use the secure layer encryption technology Transport Layer Security (TLS). All personal information, including your credit card number, name, address, etc., will be encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet to prevent your information from being read by unauthorized third parties when it is transmitted online. To check the information of your security certificate, you can right-click during checkout and select "Content" and "Certificate".

5. Others

5.1 Basis of supply: We sell and ship products only to end consumers. We do not sell our products for resale. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products for your own use, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.

5.2 Force Majeure: If we fail due to force majeure (including due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, global pandemics, epidemics or anything beyond our control We will not assume any responsibility to the user or any third party due to our failure to accurately provide the products or services you need.

5.3 You may not assign, transfer or transfer in any other form any rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without our written consent.

5.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is interpreted to be illegal or invalid, such provision will be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

5.7 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision. The Chinese translation of these terms and conditions is for reference only. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the original Chinese version shall prevail.

5.8 These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and you and we are also subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may make corrections and changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without giving you prior notice.

Fever Electrics Electrical Thermal Electronics Store Special Terms ("Special Terms")

These special terms supplement the above online shopping terms and conditions and apply to your orders in the e-store. In case of ambiguity, the Fever Electrics e-store special terms shall prevail.

6. Payment method

6.1 The e-store accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, FPS, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

Note: There is no need to enter spaces or dashes when entering your credit card number.


6.2 The store accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus, PayMe, BOC Pay, FPS and bank transfer.

6.3 The e-store uses designated credit card purchase protection services (such as Visa Verification Service and MasterCard Secure Code Service) to allow you to shop online safely and securely when using Visa and MasterCard cards. This service uses a specific personal password or security code to ensure that you are the only person authorized to use the card. You should use a valid credit card in your own name for online purchases.

6.4 If there are additional delivery and/or installation charges, these will be confirmed separately before you make payment.

6.5 You must collect/arrange delivery and installation by yourself within 30 days after we accept the product order. If you fail to collect/arrange delivery and installation within 30 days, the money paid will be forfeited and cannot be used to purchase/replace other products.

7. Ordering instructions

7.1 The electronic store only accepts orders for self-pickup from designated delivery billing addresses in Hong Kong, designated smart lockers in Hong Kong, or our stores in Kowloon Bay.

7.2 When you order products from us, you agree to make a purchase request to Fever Electrics in accordance with these terms and conditions. After receiving your order, we will notify you within 24 hours after placing the order and confirm receipt of the order. This reply does not mean that we have accepted your order. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, or if there are payment problems with the credit card you use or any other reason, we have the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you via WhatsApp, phone or email.

7.3 After your order request is accepted by us, we will confirm the acceptance of the order with you within 24 hours after placing the order, and at the same time notify you of the delivery/pick-up date at the designated smart cabinet/store.

7.4 If the gifts included with the goods you ordered have been shipped out, we will notify you of the situation. You have the right to accept another gift we suggest, choose to cancel the order, or continue to purchase the product.

8. Delivery service (applicable to choosing to have your order delivered to a designated delivery address)

8.1 For each purchase amount of HK$1,000 or above, you can enjoy free standard delivery service (excluding display products). If you choose delivery during a specific time period, we may charge additional fees.

8.2 When the amount of your purchase is less than HK$1,000, you can pay the additional delivery fee specified by us (the basic shipping fee is HK$150), enjoy the delivery service, and have the goods delivered to the designated delivery address.

8.3 Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses, and the service area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. There will be additional charges for Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan & Sai Kung and Clear Water Bay areas. For details, please refer to " Delivery Service " on this page for relevant delivery service arrangements.

8.4 The delivery service is not applicable to buildings subject to compulsory testing, quarantine centers, non-fixed addresses, border restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses, and locations where delivery cannot be done via stairs and must be entered through the balcony. There is no delivery service in the following outlying island areas: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, areas where no trucks are allowed to enter.

8.5 If there is no direct lift to the delivery address, we will charge additional service fees based on each floor (stairs with 10 steps are considered one floor, stairs with less than 10 steps are also considered one floor, and each floor will be charged an additional $100-$150), except underground. In addition, vehicles cannot enter the village. If you enter the village on foot (more than 100 meters), an additional fee of $100-$150 will be charged. For particularly large items and other charges, the deliveryman will collect cash. Please refer to "Delivery Service" on this page for details of additional charges. If delivery is arranged by an agent, the additional charges will be determined by the agent.

8.6 Delivery service hours are Monday to Saturday. Products that are available from stock are generally shipped directly from the warehouse and are promised to be shipped within 96 hours after the order is confirmed. The delivery time is from 12:00 to 7:00 pm; products shipped by agents are subject to the agent's delivery schedule.

8.7 After you submit your order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the delivery time and date with you. However, due to delays in the bank's approval of the credit card you are using, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. Before the goods arrive, the delivery person will notify you through WhatsApp instant messaging software or by calling. Please check whether the ordered goods are complete, and the recipient will write his name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.

8.8 All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. Fever Electrics will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of delivery delays.

8.9 If you need to change the delivery/pick-up address, date and/or time, add additional purchased goods and request delivery/pick-up together, or change the purchased goods, you must do so at least 3 days before delivery/pick-up Contact us through the designated method of the electronic store to make arrangements before working days. 8.10 Please note that if any goods require installation, the cost of such installation will not be included in the delivery service and related charges. Installation is subject to additional charges.

8.11 If the deliveryman fails to complete the delivery and sign for receipt due to security issues or other reasons at your registered delivery address, we have the right to recall the goods and rearrange delivery, and charge you additional fees.

8.12 If the customer refuses to accept the goods without reasonable explanation, we have the right to charge you a handling fee of 30% of the entire order.

8.13 In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

9. Kowloon Bay store self-pickup service (applicable to orders that have been chosen to be picked up at the store)

9.1 There is no consumption limit for the self-pickup service in the store. You can enjoy the self-pickup service for free at any time.

9.2 Regardless of ordering or spot products, you can choose the store pick-up service.

9.3 After you submit an order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will send you a pick-up notification via Whatsapp to the phone number you provided when confirming the order. We will not be responsible for any problems caused by your incorrect input of relevant information.

9.4 Please follow the pickup date notified in the mobile phone message and collect the purchased goods within 7 days.

9.5 When you pick up the goods at the store, you can pick up the goods you ordered in person or on an authorized representative. When picking up the goods, please show us the order content and pickup information.

9.6 Once the order is confirmed and paid, you cannot change other colors, styles or products.

9.7 If you fail to pick up the goods on the specified date and time in the mobile message, we have the right to charge you additional fees.

10. Exchanges and Refunds

10.1 We generally do not accept any requests for product exchanges or order cancellations. Changing models or products for personal reasons may be subject to a handling fee of 30% of the entire order amount.

10.2 When receiving the goods (including delivery or self-pickup), you must immediately check whether the ordered goods are damaged and complete. If you find that the style or quantity of the ordered product is wrong, or the packaging or appearance is damaged, please refuse to receive the goods and contact our customer service department immediately for follow-up.

10.3 Once all products are inspected or installed properly after delivery, and signed by you or your authorized representative, the product is confirmed to be correct. If there is any defect later, the company will not provide any replacement or refund.

10.4 If we agree that you have the right to replace a product, but the requested replacement product has been sold out, we will refund the relevant money to you.

10.5 Please present your purchase receipt (original) to us before accepting a product exchange.

10.6 We have the right to refuse to replace goods that have been signed for due to appearance problems and incomplete accessories. If the gift given is damaged, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

10.7 Replacement goods must be returned together with complete packaging, recycling labels (if applicable), accessories, instructions and unfilled warranty certificates.

10.8 The replaced goods must be free from damage, damage, or have been wet.

10.9 Products that have been registered for warranty online or have been repaired cannot be replaced.

10.10 Goods must be returned together with any free gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the free gifts will be deducted from the refund.

10.11 Under special circumstances, after the customer service department has discussed with you and obtained our consent, we will refund the money involved in online shopping to the relevant payment account you used for payment or other methods agreed to by you. The refund will take about 2 days -4 weeks.

10.12 For large-size TVs (75 inches or above), it is recommended to arrange a viewing first or ensure that the goods can be delivered to the door. If you select the "No viewing required" option, the customer agrees that there is no need to arrange for a general agent to come to check the viewing and only needs to Arrange delivery as soon as possible. If you encounter transportation problems and need to return the goods, a fee of 30% of the price will be charged.

11. Regarding the 10-day defective replacement policy ("this Policy")

11.1 When you or your designated recipient receive the ordered goods, you are responsible for checking whether the goods are defective and/or damaged and whether the accessories are complete. If the product style or quantity is incorrect, or the packaging or appearance is damaged, please refuse to receive the goods and contact our customer service department immediately for follow-up.

11.2 If you find that the product quality does not meet the production standards within 10 days after receiving the goods, we guarantee to replace it with the same product. When the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period, you can also enjoy the warranty provided by the agent, and you can return the product to the manufacturer/agent for repair by yourself.

11.3 Products to be replaced or refunded must be inspected by the agent to confirm that the product quality does not meet production standards. Fever Electrics reserves the right to require customers to go to the service center of the designated agent to inspect the product.

11.4 If there is a problem with the product 10 days after receipt, you must contact the manufacturer/agent for repair matters.

11.5 Under special circumstances, after consultation with you by the customer service department and with our consent, we will refund the money involved in accordance with Article 10.10 above.

11.6 This policy only applies to designated products and does not apply to Apple/Dyson/gift card products and non-refundable products.

11.7 This policy does not apply to:

  • Products that have been registered for warranty online with product suppliers or agents.
  • Products that have been repaired.
  • Products without Fever Electrics purchase certificate.
  • I have the Fever Electrics shopping receipt but the product is missing.
  • Any product requiring exchange or refund based on personal preference.
  • If the product falls into the non-refundable category, we will not accept the customer's refund request.

12. Others

12.1 Until the customer pays the full payment for the product, we will retain the property rights to the relevant product, and the relevant risks will be deemed to have been transferred to the customer when the relevant product is delivered to the customer.

12.2 Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss of revenue (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your dealings with us.
