All products sold in our store, unless otherwise specified, are guaranteed to be brand new and officially imported to Hong Kong. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the agent. For details, please refer to the product page.

We will list the following three stock statuses on all product pages:
"In Stock" - Available in the warehouse, can be delivered as soon as the next day.
"Backordered" - We will order from the supplier upon receiving your order and contact you to notify the delivery/pick-up date.
"Temporarily sold out" -Currently unavailable and not accepting orders. It will be restocked and listed again as soon as possible.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Once the product is delivered and used, it cannot be exchanged.
If the product has not yet been delivered or pick up, please contact Customer Service to change the model.

Please notify us of any changes at least two working days before delivery.

Are there any delivery fee?

- Free Delivery on orders over $1,000.
- For Zeskit and power strips, free SF Express is available for orders over $500.
- Store Pickup is free of charge.
- If the purchase amount is less than the require amount, a delivery fee of $150 is apply.
- There is an additional surcharge of $100 for remote areas such as Tung Chung and Discovery Bay.

Under normal circumstances, the delivery fee includes home delivery.
Additional charges apply in the following situations:
1. If the delivery address does not have elevator access, a stair fee will be charged. You can also choose ground-level delivery.
2. If the delivery vehicle cannot access the delivery address and requires walking, a pushing fee will be charged.
3. For some large appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines, please ensure that a 5.5-ton vehicle can reach the delivery address. If the vehicle cannot enter the estate/village, re-delivery or changing to a smaller vehicle will incur additional charges.

Under normal circumstances, products sold in stock can be delivered the next day (except Sundays and public holidays), and the order cut-off time is 12:00 am every day. Delivery limit is first come first served, actual date is subject to selection at checkout.
For orders that require placing an order with a supplier and arranging delivery, we will notify you of the relevant delivery arrangements.
