The products sold in our store are guaranteed to be brand new and licensed in Hong Kong unless otherwise specified. Maintenance is provided by the manufacturer or agent. Details can be found on the product page.

We will list the following 3 stock statuses of products on all product pages.
"In Stock" - The warehouse has stock and can be delivered as soon as the next day.
"Backordered" - After receiving the order, place the order with the supplier and we will contact you to inform you of the delivery/pickup date.
"Temporarily sold out" - It is currently out of stock and orders are temporarily suspended. It will be put on the shelves as soon as possible after the goods are returned.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled.
Once the product is delivered and used, it cannot be changed.
If the product has not yet been delivered/picked up, please contact customer service if you need to change the model.

- Enjoy free shipping on all orders when you spend $1,000 or more
- Enjoy free SF shipping when you spend $500 or more on Zeskit and power strips
- Free shipping for pick up in store
- If the purchase amount is insufficient, you only need to pay $150 shipping fee
There is an additional surcharge of $100 for remote areas in Tung Chung and Discovery Bay.

Normally, shipping costs include door-to-door delivery.
Additional charges will apply in the following situations:
- There is no direct lift to the delivery address and stair charges will be charged for transportation. You can also choose ground delivery
- The delivery address is inaccessible to transportation vehicles and must be dropped off and walked. Transportation fees will be charged.
- For some large home appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc., please ensure that a 5.5-ton vehicle can reach the delivery address. If you are unable to enter the housing estate/village and need to reschedule another delivery or change the minivan delivery, additional charges will apply

Under normal circumstances, products sold in stock can be delivered the next day (except Sundays and public holidays), and the order cut-off time is 12:00 am every day. Delivery limit is first come first served, actual date is subject to selection at checkout.
For orders that require placing an order with a supplier and arranging delivery, we will notify you of the relevant delivery arrangements.
